I will be starting in Lisbon, kind of the middle of the country, then heading North stopping in Sintra, Averio, and Porto. In Porto I will spend a couple days in the Douro Valley checking out vineyards and the Douro River tours. After that I will be heading back South and I don't really have a plan on where I will go. Lisbon to Porto is only a 3 hour train trip so that gives you an idea on how quickly you can get from Point A to Point B so anything is possible!!

Me and Portugal

For 2 lovely weeks I will be exploring Portugal. I will try and post as much as I can. The general itinerary is to fly into Lisbon and spend a couple days then head North, the land of salt flats, cork trees, vineyards, seafood, and castles. I will spend a couple weeks in hostels, on trains, in museums and immersing myself in the Portugese culture and sampling the food! YIPPEEE!
